Johan Westman
CEO

Johan Westman holds a Master of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Johan began his career in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry in 1987, working for Steridose in Gothenburg Sweden in project management and sales of aseptically designed systems. In 1995, he moved to NovAseptic AB, Sweden, starting as Sales Manager,then spending three years in US American subsidiary and finally holding the position of Manager and CEO in 2001. Since Millipore acquired NovAseptic in 2005, Johan took the position of VP Marketing of Millipore’s Advanced Manufacturing Solutions. Today, Johan holds a number of board positions and is CEO of Nanoxis AB since November 2008.

Anders Karlsson, Ph.D.
CSO and Founder

Anders Karlsson has a PhD in Analytical chemistry at Göteborg University, focused on bioanalysis and biophysics of lipid and cellular membranes. Dr. Karlsson is one of the founders of Nanoxis, and has worked extensively with development of the product and research applications around the product. He is also co-author of three pending patents regarding the formation of lipid bilayer networks, use of these networks for technical applications and tools for membrane protein analysis.

Stefan Jacobsson, Chairman

Mr. Jacobsson holds a B.Sc Economics at Gothenburg University. Mr. Jacobsson has international financial experience and is engaged as a consultant in a vast range of companies nationally and internationally with focus on lPOs. Recently Mr Jacobsson concluded the listing of Consafe Offshore AB on the Oslo Stock Exchange. He was also the Member of the Board of Directors of Vitrolife AB (publ) and later responsible for the company’s listing on the Stockholm Stock Exchange working as CFO. Mr Jacobsson has held positions as Senior Advisor for AGL Treasury Support, Senior Manager within Corporate Finance for Gamlestaden Plc. in London and Senior Manager with responsibility for Sweden and Finland for Christiania Bank in London.
